  • High order volume

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information when available.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

BLDR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect:

  • Recipient details

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


DELAYS

  • National holidays

BLDR is not liable for courier-related delays once parcels have been handed over for shipment.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

48 hours of delivery or expected arrival

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos (if damaged)
  • Description of issue

PRE-ORDER / LIMITED DROP ITEMS

Some BLDR releases may operate under:

  • Pre-order production
  • Limited drops
  • Made-to-order schedules

Processing times for these products will be stated clearly on the product page before purchase.


FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURN TO SENDER

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed parcels
  • Failed delivery attempts

may require additional shipping payment before resending.

Refunds for shipping fees are generally non-refundable.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may become available in the future.
